Faia Stevenson, a registered nurse and certified specialist in ventilator care, brings over 25 years of expertise in the medical field. Her career spans hospitals, nursing homes, and long-term care facilities, where she developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by ventilator-dependent patients.

Driven by the belief that individuals deserve more than what large institutions typically provide, Faia founded Rite Choice Ventilator Specialty AFH LLC in Vancouver, WA. Her goal was to create a supportive, homelike environment where residents not only receive advanced medical care but also feel respected, valued, and truly cared for.


With compassion at the core of her work, Faia continues to lead the team with dedication—ensuring each resident experiences personalized attention, professional nursing support, and the comfort of living in a warm, family-style home.
